Where is your brand based?


We are based in the Midlands, UK, and all our products are designed with everyday functionality and modern style in mind.

Do the toasters come with a warranty?

Yes, every toaster includes a 12-month warranty and a 30-day money-back guarantee for peace of mind.

Is the toaster easy to use?

Yes. The touchscreen interface and clearly labelled functions make it simple to operate, even for first-time users.

Can the toaster handle crumpets, waffles, and thicker bread?

Yes. The extra-wide slots are designed to fit standard sliced bread, Warburtons crumpets, potato waffles, and even artisan bread. For best results, use the dedicated functions.

How wide and deep are the slots?

The slots are 36mm wide, 140mm long, and 114 mm deep - that's most bread types covered with ease. Larger slices can be cut in half or put sideways

Why does one side of the toast look darker than the other?

This usually happens if a single slice is placed in one slot. For even browning, it’s recommended to toast in pairs.

The centre elements are not glowing red?

The centre elements don’t always glow red but still provide balanced heat. They are designed to operate at a relatively lower temperature due to a closer spacing.

How many browning levels are there?

There are 6 adjustable browning settings, ranging from light to dark, allowing you to select your preferred level of toasting.

Does the toaster get hot on the outside?

Yes, like most stainless-steel toasters, the exterior can become hot during use. We recommend handling with care and allowing a few minutes to cool after use.

How durable is the touchscreen?

The 4.4-inch touchscreen is built for everyday use. Customers highlight it as intuitive and reliable, with controls for Reheat, Defrost, Cancel, and timer countdown.

How long does delivery take?

We provide expedited shipping on all order for free. This usually takes 1-2 working days.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we mainly ship within the UK and NI. For international orders, please check availability at checkout or contact customer service.

What if my product arrives damaged or faulty?

If your toaster arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, contact us immediately. We will arrange a free replacement or refund without the need to return in most cases. Please refer to our Warranty T&Cs.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link on your email so you can monitor the delivery status.
