Product issue? We'll make it right.

If something goes wrong with your Toastley product, we fix it — simply and fairly. Complete the warranty claim form with the required details and a short video of the fault, and our technical team will review your claim and get back to you within 5 business days.

What's covered

All Toastley toasters and electric kettles include a 1-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of delivery — covering any defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use.

What's not covered

Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear is not covered under the warranty.

How to claim

Complete the claim form with your order number, a description of the problem, and a video of the fault. We'll arrange a free replacement or repair.

Submit a Warranty Claim

The claim form takes about 5 minutes. To help us verify and resolve your claim quickly, please have the following ready before you start:

  • 📦Your original order number
  • 📅Date of purchase
  • 📝A clear description of the fault
  • 🎥A short video showing the fault — uploaded directly in the form
⚠️ A video of the fault is required. It allows our technical team to verify the issue and process your claim fairly — claims submitted without a video cannot be assessed. You'll be asked to sign in with a Google account to upload your video securely. Forms with incomplete or missing information cannot be processed.
